1. Digital Delivery Promise

  • Instant Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a secure download link.

  • File Quality: All images are delivered in high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) formats suitable for professional printing, desktop wallpapers, or digital displays.

  • No Physical Shipping: Please note that all items on PixelPulseAI.net are digital downloads. No physical frames or prints will be shipped unless explicitly stated in a specific "Physical Print" collection.

 

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned."

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a glitch, a corrupt file, or a broken download link, we will resolve it immediately. Simply contact us with your order number.

  • Accidental Double-Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same image twice, we will happily refund the second transaction.

 

3. Usage & Licensing
